Leafpad - GTK+ based simple text editor

Leafpad is the most simplest and minimal text editor. It has been designed keeping simplicity in mind. It is based on GTK+. Leafpad is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). If you are are trying to develop a text editor, consider to take look at the source code of the leafpad. Currently Leafpad has the following features:

Leafpad is also available for Nokia's Maemo platform.Leafpad may be present in the package managers of the respective Linux distributions.
